Riley Speaks to U.S. Senate



APA Executive Vice President, Mark Riley, spoke today before the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Competition in the Healthcare Marketplace. Dr. Riley spoke on the anticompetitive nature of the PBMs, and also expressed concerns about the CVS/Caremark merger. Arkansas Senator Mark Pryor served as Chairman of the Subcommittee.
